Customer Support Assistant

The selected candidate will be assisting the Assistant Business Development Manager of our Point of care to manage the point of care sales, customer complaints and the campaigns. Will be responsible to manage Inquiry; Follow-ups and handling walking customers; product usage assistance.

Profile Requirement

1-2 years’ experience in handling Customers.
Fluent in English & Local Languages
Ability to work in MS Office.
Trouble shooting, complaints handling, active listening
